ACE Cafe SF closed its doors on May 27, 2011 after five years of solid work. There are now a hundred or so 'regular bar patrons' who are roaming the streets of San Francisco wondering where they'll get their next drink. Rob and Ineke created a home for the vagabonds and the thirsty that will be sorely missed. This was the bar that we went to celebrate every birthday, holiday, and any other major event for the past five years and I was lucky enough to call it my own. As far as I know Rob H. has no children, and yet there are a whole crew of folk that might call him 'a Father.'
