Sonoma Pig Roast
Pamela lives in a beautiful house up in Sonoma and has few olive trees. Each year she throws an Olive Harvest party where guests 'harvest' the olives and take them down to the local press for some fresh olive-oil. This past November she decided to roast a whole pig to much fan-fare, logistical discussions, toasting, and hot-rocks.
As usual the party, which is almost a festival at this point, was a great success. It always one of those 'pinch-me' I must be in California events.

what shame i feel right now looking at these photos. look at what we are. what a disgrace. how is this different than murdering, burning and consuming a human? how horrid.
