(How to make a) Caramelized Tarte Tatin
Dimity Jones is a creative director for some of the top magazines on the planet, the creator of the Three-to-one blog, which was chosen by Saveur magazine as one of their 'sites we love in 2011.' When she's not figuring out how things should look she's figuring out how things should taste! I was very honored that she invited me to collaborate with her for a spontaneous shoot where she made a savory tarte-tatin, which tasted fantastic - by the way.
